Sacred Roots is a mixedmedia painting inspired by nature, plants and how the statuary Egyptian icon developed throughout natural patterns.
Nature is what surrounds human species in term of everything we can experience. Nature is an immutable background that no man nor any god made, so I developed this composition taking in consideration the abstract element of union between natural pattern and statuary Egyptian icons.
Meditations on Nature and composition of Sacred Roots arrives and establish starting from these meditational concepts by the artist Alberto Ballocca, according to which Nature is not something that can be defined, but is something that defines everything else and must be perceived as it is, contemplated as the ancient people did during their lifetime.
